The recent increase in COVID-19 cases is impacting residential solid waste and recycling collection.  CR&R has notified the City that they are experiencing a temporary driver shortage due to COVID infections and exposure.  

CR&R will prioritize the collection of residential trash and organics to mitigate odor issues.  In some neighborhoods, recycle carts may not be emptied on your regular collection day.  Please leave the cart(s) at the curb for one additional day.  If CR&R does not return for your cart, pull your cart in until your next regular collection.  

These impacts are being felt around the region and CR&R is being inundated with calls, which is increasing hold times.
